Calling all teachers, mentors, and friends!
Do you know current or recent students in studio art, chemistry, engineering, anthropology, art history, museum studies, cultural heritage, or similar disciplines who might be good candidates for the Mellon Opportunity for Diversity in Conservation Program?
The Mellon Opportunity fully plans to offer a 6-day conservation workshop during the summer of 2022 in Los Angeles.
In anticipation of this 2022 summer workshop and with applications due in the new year, we are enlisting your help in sharing this opportunity with potential participants who are inspired by culture and science.
Mellon Opportunity for Diversity in Conservation
This program strives to introduce students from underrepresented backgrounds to conservation as a profession, to build necessary skills through funded, hands-on workshops and internships, and to foster long-term support through mentoring.
