Equity in STEM, E-STEM at University of Denver
Academic Support Services
About This Program
Short for Equity in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math, E-STEM is a partnership between the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, the Ritchie School of Engineering & Computer Science and the Center for Multicultural Excellence. This grant-funded program creates pathways to academic success for students from historically underrepresented groups in the fields of science, math and engineering. Transitioning into life on campus can be intimidating for freshman. E-STEM provides a home base for participating students by helping them build a multi-tiered support system that will last well beyond their first year.
