Metropolitan State University of Denver provides mentoring (faculty and peer), tutoring (biology, chemistry, computer science, physics, engineering, math), and formal academic advising for RM-AMP students with Degree Progress reports completed each semester. The development of interest in attending graduate schools is promoted via the Graduate Program Awareness program and personal mentoring. In the spring and fall, MSU Denver hosts a recognition ceremony with students, faculty, and tutors to recognize and congratulate students who are active in the RM-AMP program and who have had successful semesters along with other academic honors.
