RM-AMP at Fort Lewis College works with students by providing mini-grant opportunities to support research with faculty members (supplies and materials), travel to professional conferences, and assistance with fees associated with graduate school and GRE entry exams.
Additionally, each summer RM-AMP supports students to work on their research projects in labs on the FLC campus. International support is also provided to students who participate in the FLC Village Aid Program, which is unique to FLC, by supporting students’ travel to developing world countries where they implement water and sanitation systems and help build schools.
