First Year Interest Groups at University of Wyoming

About This Program
If you're a first-time first-year student at UW, we invite you to join a First-Year Interest Group (FIG). As part of a FIG, you'll take up to four sections of linked or clustered courses for a semester while living on a designated floor in the UW residence halls with other FIG students enrolled in the same course sections. You will enjoy fun activities that are designed with your interest in mind, and you will get to know a professor who sponsors the FIG throughout the semester. Students in FIGs form long-lasting friendships.
