This week in Partner News, we’d like to spotlight this Story Map from Jacki Klancher at Central Wyoming College, featuring their Alpine Science Institute. The ASI Story Map is an impressive site highlighting many of the projects Jacki is working on and ones RM-AMP has supported.

The Alpine Science Institute (ASI) at Central Wyoming College turns learning into adventure. Located in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem in the Wind River Mountain Range of Wyoming, ASI provides programs in expedition science, anthropology, environmental science, outdoor education and leadership, and Geospatial Information Science and Technology (GST & T). ASI offers an opportunity for students to participate in extended field expeditions while learning skills in research and data collection. Extended field expeditions include the Interdisciplinary Climate Change Expedition (ICCE) and the Tanzania Research Expedition (TSR). Faculty include Jacki Klancher, Darran Wells, and Todd Guenther.
