March 4th Native Perspectives Session
Students, don’t forget about the upcoming MSU Graduate School Virtual Fair that will take place March 1-5. It is not too late to register to take part!
There are many different sessions so that prospective students can connect with people in different academic degree programs. They will need to register individually for each session to receive the specific WebEx links. A Native American Perspectives session has been organized on Thursday, March 4th from 5-6 pm for ALL prospective Native graduate students, whether they are interested in STEM degrees or not.
Barbara Z. Komlos, Ed.D, will be in that session to talk about the Sloan Indigenous Graduate Partnership (SIGP), but there will also be two graduate students (STEM and non-STEM) and representatives from university offices, such as Financial Aid, Family & Graduate Housing, and American Indian/Alaska Native Student Support. Those who are interested should scroll down to Day 4 and expand that day to see the registration link for this session.
Students are highly encouraged to take a look at the graduate admissions info page for Native American applicants.
